WPC granulating Machine Line Application:
to make wood plastic composites (pp pe abs pvc) pellets/ wpc granules especially for WPC extrusion line
This Co-Rotating parallel twin-screw granulating machine consist of co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder, granulate die head, granule cutting machine, three-grade air supplying system, storage chamber, etc. This WPC granulating production line has features of high efficiency, low energy-consumption, etc, especially applicable to the WPC granulation process.
The parallel twin-screw adopts modular construction, with advantages of all gear-closing and strong self-cleaning. The barrel has a good exhaust effect. The bi-metal alloy bushing is of wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance. The machines can be combined freely according to the material characteristics and production process, so it is of widely use. Die head is made from high-quality mould steel, under hard chrome plating treatment. The reasonable-distributed material running channel can ensure the uniform extrusion of the granules without mutual influence. The unique three-dimensional cooling structure and the new-type multi powerful blower cooling mode make the cooling effect better. Besides, the precise cutter ensures the even and smooth surface of the products. The speed frequency regulation meets different granulating requirements.
The pelletizing extrusion line contains following parts:
Granulator Mixing machine:
Mixer machine units are widely used in mixing ,drying ,coloring for all kinds of resin such as PVC ,PP, PE .They can also be applied in dryness of ABS, polycarbonate,and mixing hydroxybenzene ,Alde Hyde Resin.
This unit is composed for one hot mixing pot and one cooling pot ,the material from hot mixer will be filled into the cooling mixer automatically,so it can eliminate huminaty.And protect from agglomeration.

Granulator Degassing vent:

Pelletizer Cutting die head:
the pelletizing die head is hot pelletizing, face to face pelletizing, it makes high output and the wpc granules are cut of almost same size
three-grade air supplying system, storage chamber, etc.

Q. : Delivery time ?
A.: We have the WPC machinery line in stocks, after our Account Department confirm your payment, we will delivery goods within 40days.
Q. : Payment terms ?
A.: 30% of total amount should be paid by T/T as down payment, the balance (70% of total amount) should be paid before delivery by T/T or confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight.
100% confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight also can be accepted by our factory.
Q. : Installant and test ?
A.: Seller send technician to buyer’s factory installed and tested the machinery, teach the workers
how to use it. The buyer should pay the fee of tickets, accommodation and the salary of workers 80dollars
per day per person.
Q.: Samples of finish products ?
A.: We can supply the customers free samples of finish products, and the freight cost need to be paid by customers.
