Features
1) The granulating ratio of the machine is up to 78% . The small part of feeding back material can be granulated again.
2) The cylinder body adopts rubber plate lining structure which makes it difficult for raw material to agglomerate.

(1) NPK: 8-4-8 with seaweed: 10% + organic matter: 20% + Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, etc.
(2) NPK: 10-5-10 with seaweed: 10% + organic matter: 20% + Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, etc.
(3) NPK: 12-8-15 with seaweed: 10% + organic matter: 20% + Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, etc.
(4) NPK: 8-8-8 with seaweed: 10% + organic matter: 20% + Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, etc.
(5) NPK: 10-10-10 with seaweed: 10% + organic matter: 20% + Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, etc.

Work principle
After these solid fertilizer particles enter into the drum granulator, they will make rotating movement under functions of gravity, centrifugal force, and friction force between fertilizers. With the rotary movement of the drum granulator, Then the coating layers become thicker and thicker until produced materials are granulated into required dimensions. Finally, those obtained products are spilled out from the discharging hole.
