ZXS series straight screen is one of the equipments of the salt production line. It works on the excited vibration from vibrating motor, in which the screens, supported on 4 compressed springs, generate continuous straight vibrating force to continuously sling fed material from the screen surface. The materials with the sizes smaller than the screen orifices reach through the screen to be classified. It can be made into mono-layered or multiple – layered. With reasonable matching of screens, different specified products are classified once at the same time. It has the advantages of easy changing, simple maintaince, lower energy consumption, lower noise, better seal, reduced dust, longer life of screen meshwork and automatic meshwork cleaning devices. It is widely used for salt washing, salt granule grading and sieving dry or granule material in chemical, metallurgy and grain industries.
