1.The supplier provide all the machinery and equipment can meet the requirements of agreement and the corresponding standards.

2. Main parts warranty for one year, unit electric parts warranty half a year.

3.The supplier should be 12 months after shipment in equipment, material and process of design defects caused by any free on the damage to the machinery and equipment repair.

4.The supplier would be irresponsible for error handing, assembly, tighting and operation caused by damage.

b.Main parts warranty for one year, unit electric parts warranty half a year.

c. The schedule of wearing parts, spare parts supplied by the supplier, and lifetime supply of spare parts, spare parts.

If customer requires our technician to install in the customer’s factory, the expenses for one of supplier's technicians going to the country of customer to install equipment and train staffs, including fees of round-trip air ticket, accommodation, as well as service charge, and so on, will be afforded by buyer. Service charge will be USD80 per day.
