Structural characteristics
1. The machine set is applicable for producing LDPE or LLDPE plastic cast film. It adopts single screw to extrude. The film produced can at be both sides. If adopting double screw, the raw material of the two material inlet can use different ingredient, the film produced can stick at one side, and is widely used for packaging of building material and hardware fittings.
2. Both the screw and barrel adopt 38CRNOALA alloy steel and are nitrogen treated.
3. The cooling device adopt circulated water cooling method. The cooling effect is good, and the film possesses good transparency.
4. The coiling device adopts friction coiling, and fitted with deburring device, which makes the coiled film neater.
