Product Description

Structural Characteristics:

It is used for producing various PE thermal contraction film. The film is widely used for the packaging of foodstuff, beer bottle, substance container, box, case, cloth roll, floor board, glass, tiles, ceramics and facial tissue etc.
The machine set is equipped with new-type high efficiency screw, and force transmitting barrel. Materials can be extruded stably and the production efficiency is higher. The main motor and upper traction adopt frequency control, which is more energy saving. The operation is more stable. And the quality of the product can be assured.
According to the demand of products, manufacturer can select proper new-type rotation die (Japanese technology) to produce different transverse or longitudinal shrinkage products.
The coiling device adopts Φ318 big back to back coiling matched with side cut and middle knife. It can realize several coils products production once, and can coil neat and beautiful.
It is matched with air sending slitter edge collection device, which can collect the slitter edge conveniently.
