This production line uses LLDPE as main raw material,and adopts several different kinds of resin. The production line can produce two-layer or three-layer stretch film which has the property of autohension.The coextrusion stretch film has better tensile strength,anti punture capability and shock resistance than monolayer film.And in the meantime, it has good retraction

memory and autohension.It also has excellent transparency and extensibility.

    Machine features:

         1.Special designed screw and static mixer,to insure fine plastifying,uniform

 colour and high capacity.

2.The material of die head adopts imported die steel,and processes with

 finish machining, so it can avoid the deformation of die head.

3.The inside of cooling steel roll adopts bibirection return circuit design,

inlaying spiral passageway,it can ensure the uniform temperature of the roll

surface.

      4.This production line adopts PLC control, automatic changing reel and

conceal automatic cuiter,it  is safe and convenient.
