         1.This unit is mainly used to produce the packaging film to package food and top grade texile.The main raw material are LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE and EVA.If adding knurling device,it also can produce knurling film.

     2. This unit is composed of efficient extruder, shock chilling constant temperature cooling system, film swing system, corona disposal system, rolling constant swelling automatic control system and extruder constant temperature constant voltage automatic control system.

     3.This unit can adopt three extruders to coextrude to produce three-layer(A.B.C)or five-layer(A.C.B.C.A)composite film.This unit also can produce monolayer,double-layer or three-layer plastic  packaging film according to the customer requirements.    

    4.This production line has the advantage of high output,low energy consumption and advanced tension control system. The film tension can be below 10N.m.
