Stretch Film Making Machine
Structural characteristics:
1. The machine set is applicable for producing LDPE or LLDPE plastic cast film.
2. It adopts single screw extruder.
3. When adopting two extruders, different ingredients can be mixed into the raw material
4. Both the screw and barrel adopt 38CRMOALA alloy steel and are nitrogen treated.
5. It adopts circulated water cooling method, and cooling effect is good
6. The coiling device adopts friction coiler
7. Coiler is fitted with deburring device, which makes the coiled film neater.
8. Film can be sticky at one side or both sides.
9. Films are widely used for packaging of building material and hardware fittings.
10. Film produced has good transparency.
