Vertical Sump Pump for Drainage Slurry Working Application
The vertical slurry pump is widely used in delivery slurry with solids in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building material and other industries. Such as hydraulic removing ash for thermal power plants, pump mill slurry in metallurgy delivery coal slurry and heavy slurry for coal.
Typical application:
Mine: black, colored slurry feed pump and delivery for kinds of concentrates and tailings;
Metallurgy: transport of various kinds of aluminum and steel mill slurry;
Coal: delivery for coal mining, washing, all kinds of coarse and fine coal slurry;
Electricity: transport for power plant ash, ash washing, various ash slurry, or mortar;
Building Materials: delivery for all kinds of including sediment slurry (such as cement plant slurry);
Chemical: delivery of phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer plant all kinds of abrasive slurry;

Vertical Sump Pump for Drainage Slurry Working Specification
BP(R) type submerged vertical sump pumps are mainly applicable to transport abrasive, coarse particle, high concentration slurry. They are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.
Vertical Sump Pump for Drainage Slurry Working Characteristics
1. BP(R) type submerged sump pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pump, generally into the pool or pit to work, used to transport abrasive, coarse particle, high concentration slurry.
2. Don't need any shaft seal and shaft seal water, in the inhaled volume insufficient conditions they can also work normally.
3. BP(R) type submerged pumps' pump body is made of wear-resisting metal. Impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber, polyurethane SP (R) type submerged pumps parts into the liquid with rubber lining,they are all applicable to transport corrosive slurry.

3. The type with “L” is the pump with extension shaft
It suitable to deep condition. It has guid bearing. So it more stable and used more wide. However the flushing water is necessary on the guide bearing part.
