1.Filled water into motor cavity, tighten and pouring water, vent plug, otherwise it can’t be used.
2.In the electric condition, on land, the Commissioning time(pilot running) time can’t be more than 1 seconds.
3.The electric submersible pump can’t be used when lying or tilt.
4.The 3 inches submersible pump must be completely submerged into water, but the submerged depth no more than 70 m

Overview about Electrical Deep Well Submersible Hot Oil Fuel Centrifugal Pump
The circular motion of the motor by mechanical means inside the submersible oil centrifugal pump diaphragm to do the reciprocating motion, thereby fixing the volume of the pump chamber is compressed air, a vacuum is stretched (negative pressure), a pressure at the pump suction port and the external pressure difference in the pressure difference, the gas pressure (suction) into the pump chamber, and then discharged from the exhaust port.

******** WORKING CONDITION ********
Working conditions about Electrical Deep Well Submersible Hot Oil Fuel Centrifugal Pump
1. Water temperature ---- ASJ model:≤20°C,ASJR model: ≤90 °C
2. Sediment concentration in water can not exceed 0.01%.
3. 380V voltage or as request deviation is no more than ±5%, frequency is 50HZ or 60hz, three -phase power deviation is no more than ±1%.( adjusted per customer's detailed demand)
4. Motor cavity must be filled with water.
5. The first stage impeller of the pump should be more than 2mm below the moving water surface, pump unit should be less than 70m below the static water level.
6. The distance from the motor bottom to the bottom of the well must be more than 3m.

FAQ about Electrical Deep Well Submersible Hot Oil Fuel Centrifugal Pump
1.- before wraping, please check the electric motor insulation, when finish wrap the joint, it must be soak into water for 12 hours, then measuring insulation
2.- the adhesive tape is elastic, when wraping, tighten it. The final layer should be winded several times, prevent from broken for a long time
3.- Each joint on wraping, the layer should beyond the previous layer 5mm.
4. when wrap the submersible oil centrifugal pumpfor the 3 pcs single-core wire, make pressure sensitive adhesive tape (triangle-shaped) roll into pores.
