Equipment overview

ZYT Paint Marking Machine can automatically detect the location of the slab, touch edge and close to the marking position, and start the removal device to remove the surface oxide layer, the control system based on PC or manual input of the number came in chronological order combined pass unit one by one jet to the slab surface spray, spray until all of the characters finished. Spray Unit back in situ, and prepare to wait for the next slab spray number.

According to user requirements, aluminum wire, copper wire, or high-temperature coating, then the machine can be painted, you can spray in the slab section and also can be sprayed on the side. Its prominent feature is that it can reliably work under high temperature conditions.

Equipment composition

The whole system consists of body mechanical systems, descaling system, XY axis linear implementation of writing systems, feeding wire system, electric arc fuse system, cooling system, power supply and electric control system and other components. Equipment are installed in the back of flame cutting machine on the side of the billet, or slab section.

Spray control system

System uses SIMENS S7-300 type PLC intelligent control( or multi-axis control module), and can achieve automatic operation. For the need of spraying words, numbering, it can be adjusted by a technician or operator through the HMI. In general: the word size between 60 ~ 150mm, use optimized ratio. The control system can adopt these three operation modes: the local computer / host remote / manual.etc. These modes can be switch used, and operation control system can easily connect with the user network. The user can automatically dispatch logistics operation control system conveniently. The working status of system, accident condition, report records, historical trends can be directly response. It is conducive to analyze and judge for technical and management person.

In addition, we develop the online slab number recognition system, and it can meet requirements of ERP.
