Product Description
ZYT Automatic Marking System:Stamping Machine
The codes inputed through HMI are converted to relevant control logic by PLC, when billet reaches its set position, PLC outputs a serial of control signal to drive the character substitution device and punching device to work, thus the character is stamped on the surface of billet one by one.
Features
•Can automatically follow the billet and then stamp quickly.
•Can store codes of billet stamped.•Can set the stamping location of characters on the billet.
•Can set the stamped character as wanted.
•Adopt unique allotype handling technology for the character to avoid it's unidentified because of unevenness of surface to be stamped.
•Can real time monitor the machine through remote monitoring system.
