PET PP STRAPS WINDING MACHINE
The fully automatic PP PET strap winders of production line with PLC control is used for winding PET and PP strappings up to 32 mm width in parallel winding directly from extruder line.
It has the following features:
1. PLC controlled, operated by SIEMENS display screen and button.
2. Spring dancer precision control for constant strapping tension and winding speed.
3. Pneumatic expanded, coils and rolls can be easily exchanged once comes to set length
4. 1 winding spindle
The versions with one mandrel make the line flexible. The individual winding positions can be assembled to networked production lines, allowing us to adapt the machine exactly to your individual production requirements.
5. adjustment of max winding speed by extruder signal
6. max package outside diameter 830mm (as customer required)
7. traversing system PLC-controlled with ball roller spindle, traverse up to 200mm, gradient steplessly adjustable
8. production speed up to 180 m/min
9. switch off by electronic meter counter with optical primary warning 50 meters before predetermined strap length, also can be adjustable by switch button
