XPS FOAM BOARD FULLY AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE
1.Material data:
Polymer:Suitable PS pellets grade;
Blowing agent:Blowing agent;
Blowing agent:Normal Granules or powder with free flowability.
2.Performance data:
Throughput capacity: 400-600kg/hr, depending on specific polymer grades and foam agents applied.
3.Extrusion feeding system
Total processing capacity:
400-700kg/hr, according to different processing conditions;

1 x Centralized Vacuum Pump + 1 x Centralized Dust Collector
4 x Vacuum Receivers (for pallet)
3 x Vacuum Receivers (for powder
1 x Controller For Centralized Conveying System
Maguire Blender and Loading System7 automatic feeding units
for the following specific ranges:
Resin 1 Polystyrene pellets ~400kg/hr
Resin 2 Polystyrene pellets ~200kg/hr
Resin 3 Polystyrene pellets ~50kg/hr
Additive 4 in pellets -30kg/hr

All feeders are controlled by the integrated station.
