3. Aluminum top - Good heat transfer rate, Better uniformity across the plate: used in heating sample on the plate, Generate the eddy current when stirring and reduce the stirring power
4. Stainless steel top - Good uniformity and heat transfer rate, No eddy current to get more powerful stirring, More expensive, Max temperature only at 300 ℃.
