1.Production Introduction:
Piston pneumatic Filler is of wide applicability and can be used for doing filling of creams and liquids in the fields of daily chemistry, food and beverage, pharmacy, chemistry and so on.
This machine is of reasonable structure, reliable performance and accurate quantification. It applies pneumatically-driven structure. The shell and all the parts connected with filling materials are made of stainless steel (SS304 is used for standard ones and SS316 can also be customized). The inner walls of main parts are mirror-polished in roughness Ra≤0.2-0.4µm, which conforms to the requirements of GMP certification. Therefore, it is rustless and corrosion resistant. In addition, the user can adjust the filling volume and speed within the type limitation as required. For special material the hopper could have heating and mixing function.

2. Easy to clean, just filling some times of clear water then you can clean it,or you can release the piston to clean, with easy operation and easily maintain.
3. Filling capacity can be adjusted for different sizes of bottles. Suiting for the products with quantity less and variety more

5. This liquid filling machine is semi-automatic piston paste filling machine;
6. This machine has reasonable structure, compact shape, convenient operation. The pneumatic parts adopts Taiwan AIRTAC starting component. Electrical or pneumatic could be custom according to customer requirement.
7. Filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted, and the precision is high.
8. Filling head adopts anti-leakage and lifting device.
