The newest RGF-100YC china small plastic tube filling sealing machine
1 Scope of application:
RGF model machine has been continously introducing and absorbing advanced technology from abroad and taking domestic demands and features of pharmacy, cosmetics, foods, daily industry, painting and glue into consideration. RGF model machine is one type of high mechanical electrical apparatus machine, which could fill paste, cream and semisolid material into metal tubes, plastic tubes or laminate tubes according to ordinary or special requirement, then sealed the tube tail.
3,Standard configuration:
3.1 Filling system;Sealing system;Tube feeding system;Material loading system;Tube positioning system;Water cooling system;
3.1.1 Filling system:This system are all mechanical linkage method. Filling valve is core suction transformation type. Filling volume could be adjusted by handwheel in the back of machine to change piston dose . Mini-volume could be done by isotonic technology. Multi-color interphase and concentric circles type filling could be done by bar distributor type filling device.
3.1.2 Sealing system:RGF model machine adopt internal-heating method. It could put the heat generated by electrical source on interior wall of tube symmetrically by hot air nozzle. Then hot-melting and sealing. The shape could be straight flange, half-moon, half-wave, wave-shape, V-shape, T-shape sealing.
3.1.3 Tube loading system:include orbital module, adjusting flapper, lining-up board, tube controlling board. It could provide tubes by certain speed for adsorbable tube loading rail.
3.1.4 Positioning system is formed by information extraction, processing and performance. There usually would be one color code in tube tail. This system will catch the color code (precision is <1mm) to positioning the tube for next process.
3.1.5 Water cooling system: Industry water chiller, which power is about1.5KW, could provide circulatory cooling water for ring-shape heating part and pressing jaw of hot-melt sealing machine.
3.2 Electrical control system & Air control system.
3.2.1 Electrical control system:Siemens PLC control.
3.2.2 Air control system:Air pressure 0.6Mpa.
Installing and Commission:
We will install and test the machine in best working condition before shipment. If customer requires our technician to adjusting the machine and train technician at arrival place, we will send technician there. All our expenses including round-trip air ticket to the nearest airport, local conveyance to your factory, Lodging&Boarding expenses shall be payable by you. In case the stay of our technician, additional service fee will be charged .
Warranty period:
One year for fully machine guarantee. And in this year if the machine broken caused by mechanical problem, all of the spare part is free. The service of the machine all though the machine’s life.
