This machine is not only suitable for pressing round tablets from various kinds of granular materials but also different geometric shape tablets, specially for small-scale batch production. The turret carries 15 sets of punches and dies, so 15 tablets will be pressed for each revolution of the turret.

A: The speed of the turret rotation., the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted.

B. The mechnical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overlaod damage.

D. A powder suction unit is attached to suck in the residual powder during operation, so that the residual powder could be collected and recycled.
