2. Application:

This machine is not only suitable for pressing round tables from various kinds of granular materials but also different geometric shape tablets, specially for small-scale batch production. The turret carries 19(17) sets of punches and dies, so 19(17) tablets will be pressed for each revolution of the turret.

During operation, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage.

A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder during operation, so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused.

3. Features:

1) The machine is compliance with the GMP requirement on the producting of pharmaceuticals.

2) The compression parts is entirely separeted from the driving mechanisms.

3) All spare parts to be in contact with the pharmaceuticals are made of stainless stell or the surface being treated specially for non-toxicity & corrosion proof.

4) The compression area is enclodsed with transparent organinc glass. To prevent contaminates, the compression area can be specially treated. All surfaces being smooth & easy to clean.

5) Machine speed, the depth of filling, the thickness of the tablet could be adjust.
