GZPS series possess advantages as high accuracy, high speed and high-degree programmed automation and capable to be the ideal equipments for mass production of tablets.

 can press two layers tablets with different colors ,annular tablets, engraved tablets and irregular tablets. Available for pharmaceutical factory, food and chemical industries.

A.  The advanced and reasonable design is the foundation of quality of production, with a combination of years of experiences on producing high-speed tablet press and modern technology, a new design idea of GZPS series double-sided high-speed tablet press       fulfilled the standardization, modularization and serialization of production.

B.   Automatic concentrative lubrication system
C   Special oil proof, dust proof and noise proof system
D.  A 360º open structure of pressing chamber, without dead area. Easy to clean, operate and maintenance
E.   Special 4 poles construction ensures the machine to perform stably and durably
F.   Advanced international heat treatment of the punch turret makes it have supper longevity.
G.   Same size of pre-press wheel and main-press wheel. The both wheels can be interchanged, which is propitious to removing air for material and extend the time of pressing
H.   Steel support for press wheel makes tablets formed best and ensures the consistency of thickness of tablets
I.    Enough space of replacement for both die and upper & lower cam tracks, it is easier for maintenance
J.    Adopts the mode of motor along with encoder to adjust the position of main press wheel and pre-press wheel. This ensures the high accuracy.
K.   Separate control cabinet to operate the machine; separated production area from operating area; ensures the safety for operator and sanitation for production;
L.   Adopts 10 inches touch screen to fulfill the automatic controlling, without handwheels
M.   Adopts B&R PCC control system with quick and accurate response
O.   All information about manufacturing can be displayed, stored extracted and reset;
P.   Different degree of user’s password can be set .
Q.  Adopts automatic servo motor controlling; adjust dosing cam tracks; control the depth of filling, ensures high accuracy of tablets’ difference.
R.   Tri-wheeled double deck feeding system;
S.   Upper impellers is used for enhancing the fluidness of powder to equalize the density of powder.
T.   Lower 2 impellers are used for filling and dosing to ensure the equality during filling .
