1. Application:
Mainly used for efficient low temperature drying process of food,pharmacy,biological engineering,
chemical,material,also applicable for low volume production of experimental device.
Principle:
Thermal conduction speed of Conventional vacuum drying method is slow and low efficiency,also
it is hard to control the temperature,heating materials may be generated different temperature between
internal and external.While Microwave vacuum drying is under vacuum conditions,material materials is heated
by microwave on a rotating disc,microwave heal the material directly,by this way both internal and external
of the material can be heated at the same time,dispense with conduction and convection in order to realize
the fast and high quality drying.
2. Features:
1.Self cooling 1050W industry-class transfer is designed based on 24 hour of continuous working,have a strong power
and very stable.
2.Mastering the assembling technology of direct water-cooled 1050W industrial-class magnetrons which is designed
based on 24 hours of continuous working.
3.Vacuum pump adopt water-ring vacuum pump,the vacuum adjusting device can adjust the vacuum according to different
material to realize the vacuum drying.
4.Infrared precisely meature the timely temperature of materials on each disc which ensure the accuracy of temperature
control,more conductive to improve the qulity.
5.Material orientation device can stop at the door of furnace chamber throughout,so that it is easy for operation and reduce the
labour intensity.
6.Develop a rectangular waveguide,with a small standing wave,which is easy for installation and can match the magnetrons better
to make output power magnetrons higher.
7.Automatic calulation of microwave working time,by inputting some basic parameters of the materials,this machine will work out
the power of microwave and drying time needed,once time out,the material is can be taken out.
8.Automatic balance function can keep liquid material in the horizontal all the time,which can solve some tachnical problem as material
tilting,disc colliding and overturned.
9.Equipped with electronic monitoring device and vacuum mirrors double hole structure,which can real-time observe and monitor the status
of material,to know the features and drying level so that people can control and operate better.
10.Monitoring of the temperature and flow of cooling water,thoroughly solve the problem shortage of pipe blockags and damage of magnetrons
by the over high temperature of water.
11.Infrared precisely measure the timely temperature of materials on each disc which ensure the accuracy of temperature control,
more conductive to improve the quality.
