1. Application:
Yg- kgj8 type is a oral liquid filling machine our company developed for the production of healthcare product customers. It adopts ceramic pump 8 head tracing filling. This machine consists of bottle feeding net conveyor, big diameter graduator, filling system, aluminum cap oscillator, capping system, bottle outlet track and electric control system.It depends graduator to position the bottles, cam drives the filling needles to tracing fill.Filling process is finished in one time.
2. Features:
A. Ceramic pump, peristaltic pump or high precision peristaltic pump, with high rotary precision is high running speed and filling precision.
B. Filling, stoppering and capping monoblock machine.Space saving and simple structure.Good appearance and easy to clean.
C. Tracing positioning is precise, running is stable can fill bottles of different size
D. Touch panel operation and PLC control, high automation degree
E. No bottle no filling; auto stops when no caps.
F. 10 head flexible ROPP cap screwing,qualified capping ratio is high.
G. With auto counting function.
H. CE certified, standard electric installation, safety guarantee on operation.
I. Optional acrylic glass protection hood
J. The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
