YG-KGS8 KGS series high speed liquid filling machine/ liquid injection filling machine
1. Application:
Yg-kgs8 type filling machine is a high speed liquid filling machine our company has developed for pharmaceutical factories with high production capacity of lyophilized liquid filling.
This machine consists of turntable, screw conveyor, tracing filling device, stoppering system, bottle outlet track and electric control system. It depends on synchronized filling device to drive the filling needle to fill the liquid.
The turntable and screw conveyor feed the bottles; the filling needle is used as tracing filling. The filling pump fills the liquid according to preset dosage of the electric control system. Finally, the bottles go to stoppering roller to get half-stoppered or full-stoppered and then be pushed out one by one.
2. Features:
A. Ceramic pump, peristaltic pump or high precision peristaltic pump, with high filling precision and high speed.The filling error is small.
B. Ceramic pump or peristaltic pump filling, sealing effect is good; without air leakage and dripping; easy to disassemble and clean.
C. Bottle feeding screw conveyor is precise in tracing, running is stable and easy to change.
D. Tracing filling saves time and increase filling speed.
E. Touch panel operation and plc control, high automation degree
F. Falling bottle auto rejected in the turntable, no bottle, no filling; machine auto stops when no stopper; auto alarms when insufficient stopper
G. Ce certified, standard electric installation, safety guarantee on operation.
H. Optional acrylic glass protection hood and 100-class laminar flow
