YG-KBG2 KBG series small automatic liquid filling machine with good quality
1. Application:
Yg-kbg2 type filling machine is a small batch liquid filling machine our company has designedfor enterprise with small production capacity. It adopts 2 head peristaltic pump filling.
This machine consists of turntable, conveyor, graduator, stoppering system, bottle outlet track and electric control system. It uses groove cam to drive the graduator, and the cam may move the filling needle up and down, to finish the filling process.
The turntable and conveyor transfer the bottles, the filling needle conduct filling. The peristaltic pump fills the liquid into the bottle according to the preset dosage by the electric control system. Finnaly, bottles go to the intermittent stoppering device to get half-stoppered or full stoppered.
2. Features:
A. Peristaltic pump or high precision peristaltic pump filling, filling speed is high and filling error is small.
B. Groove cam device positions bottles precisely.Running is stable, change part is east to change.
C. Button control panel is easy to operate and it has high automation degree.
D. Falling bottle auto rejected in the turntable, no bottle, no filling; machine auto stops when no stopper; auto alarms when insufficient stopper
E. Equip with auto counting function.
F. Ce certified, standard electric installation, safety guarantee on operation.
G. Optional acrylic glass protection hood and 100-class laminar flow
H. Optional pre-filling and after-filling nitrogen filling.
I. The whole machine is designed according to gmp requirements.
