1. Application:
It is the latest and high automation product designed for middle and small sized pharmacy factory, healthcare factory and dosage room of hospital, especially, small batch and many kinds. The machine is adopted with micro-computer PLC, frequency converter, touch panel operation. It can automatically finish the processed of feeding, molding, heat-sealing, impressing, stamping and so on. It is the ideal packaging equipment convenience operation, full purpose function. The product passed the provincial science and technology appraisal.
2. Features:
A. The main transmission part is adopted with swinging pin-wheel, long life, low noise, and stable running.
B.Adjustable stroke can be suitable for various packaging, especially for the production requirements of small batch and various kinds of products.
C.Flat plate structure, can be pack some special shaped products, such as elliptic shape, square shape, triangle shape etc.
D.PVC and Alu Foil adopt motor transportation, sensor control, and transportation steady.
E.140E-I model machine is suitable for Alu/Alu, equipped with special feeder, automatic rejection device.
