1. Application:
It is the latest generation product in our company which adopting micro-computer PLC Human interface operation, with frequency Converter, high automation, easy operation, novel figure, all-round-functions, advanced technology, stable running, durable life, qualified with GMP. It is an ideal blister packing machine for AL-plastic, paper-plastic and it has got high popularity. The products have been passed the Provincial Science and Technology Appraisal.
2. Features:
1. The heat sealing station is fixed, the distances between forming, perforation and punching etc. Units can be adjusted freely on the same plane; it is suitable for all kinds of dimensions with high precision, strong adaptability.
2. Flat structure, registration heating, mechanic (positive pressure) forming, up and down net web, cylinder heat-sealing, adjustable stroke, easy operation.
3. Main transmission adopts imported gear reducer, with excellent performance, lower noise, long life, stable operation.
4. Digitization and adjustable stroke, easy to operate, which suitable for different sizes packaging, especially for packing small batch but more kinds of products.
5. Photoelectric color code checking (Option), servo motor tracking traction, image and word register, which make seal formal and beautiful.
6. Equipped with photo control vibration feeder that can overcome the defects like unequal discharging by the common feeder and jammed medicine in discharging through the common feeder.
