The Operation and Maintenace of gold pan grinding mill in mill machinery
1) The raw material should be put into the machine after the machine running normally.
2) This gold pan grinding mill in mill machinery is not allowed to state with the material in the machine. If the machine is stopped because of stoppage, the residual material in the machine should be cleared. Then start the machine again.
3) The material should be put into the machine uniformity, not sometimes much sometimes less. It's better to use a feeding equipment.
4) The bearing part should be add butter regularly.
5) Every bolts should be checked to avoid flexible.
6) The bearing should be changed in time if it is damaged to avoid damage other parts.
7) While the machine is running formally, you should check if there is abnormal sound in the reducer box and or bearing part, if there is a too high temperature, if there is too big motor current and so on. If it happened, you should stop the machine to remedy of the trouble.
8) The motor V-belt should be removed while examine and repair the machine for your safe.
1. Q: About the type 1200, What's the hourly capacity?
A: Firstly, you add 300kg raw material into the pan. Because this machine is continuos working, so while working you continuous put the raw material into. The daily capacity for 1200 type is 7tons.
2. Q: How many containers for 5 set 1200 wet grinding machine?
A: One 20 feet container can load 5sets 1200 wet grinding machine.
