Application of wood sawdust/crushing machine
It is widely used to producing wood sawdust as the mushroom bed in the edible mushrooms industry, as well as the shaving board, density board, paper making industry.
Working Principle of wood sawdust/crushing machine
This wood sawdust machine adopts automatic feeding equipment, driven by the motor, the crushing rotor rotates with high speed, meanwhile, the high speed air-flow which generated by the rotor rotates in the direction of the knife, the materials speed up in the air-flow and strike, shave repeatably, then flowing the air-flow, the crushed materials go into the analysis equipment to be analysed. Due to be affected by both the centrifugal force of the rotor and the centripetal force of the air-flow , when the centrifugal force is bigger than the centripetal force, the tiny particles are going to the powder collector by the force of the air-flow, the bigger ones are going back to be crushed again until they meet the requirement.
