Introduction of wood chipper

Disk chipper is a special equipment to produce wood chips, which is widely used in particleboard, medium and high density fiberboard factory and other wood industries.

It has advanced and compact structure, high-quality chipping, widely applicable of raw materials, easy operation and low maintenance.

Application of wood chipper

The main raw material is small diameter wood, processing residues (such as branches, slab, crates, logs, core and waste veneered.)

t also can be used to cut non-wood raw materials (such as sugar cane, reed, bamboo etc).

Features of wood chipper

1. A dedicated device for fine chip production, which can be widely used to the industrial material preparation section of paper-making, 

shaving and fiber board as well as single wood chip production.

2. Its feeding covers horizontal and vertical types. And discharging has upper and  bottom types.
3. It has a compact structure, reasonable layout, simple installation, convenient maintenance and high productivity. 

When chipping timber, the chip is high in quality and adjustable in specific length range, which is an advanced domestic disk type timber chips making machine.
4. It has an output of 2t-15t/h. Customers may choose the proper model according to requirements.
5. It is made up of base plate, cutter head, feed inlet, cover piece and electric control system.
