>. Pelletizing Machine Description
1.Vertical Feeding
This design can feeding the materials into granulating room directly, and avoid jam in granulating room .
2.Double-layer dies
Both sides of the die can be used, and when one side be used up, you can change the other side to continue using. This design increase the availability of die, and reduce cost.
3.Change die Euipmemt
According to the clients requirement,we make a design for changing the die,and install a lift equipment on the machine, it's convenient for clients to change the die.
4.Cooling System
As the pelletizing process will generate high temperature, it will lower the service life of die and bearing. Cooling system are considering this situation and avoid it happened.
5.Siemens Brand Motor

>. Details Of Vertical Ring die Pellet Machine
I.Hydraulic Equipment to Install The Main Shaft
We use this hydraulic equipment to install the main shaft of wood pellet machine which is high precision, other supplier may use traditional way to knock it in,it may damage the shaft and bearing of wood pellet machine or have gap inside, after some time, the bearing of wood pellet machine will damage soon.
Shaft chamber material we use cast steel, not cast iron, all material of wood pellet machine is from the professional company, and provide the guarantee for the quality.
II. Motors Brand——Siemens
All the motors of the machines, we use Siemens brand, and can customize different kinds of voltages according to the clients requirement, such as 380V,415V,240V,220V,110V etc., and different Herz, both 50HZ and 60HZ. So please don't worry the voltage is not suitable in your country.
III. Reducer/Gear Box Brand——GuoMao
For the reducer/gear box, we use GuoMao brand in China, which is a listed company, famous brand and good quality.
IV. Spare Parts
* Die
For the die, we have two kinds of materials, one is alloy steel, the other one is stainless steel. For the allo steel, the lifetime is 800-1000 hours , and for the stainless steel, the lifetime is 1000-1500 hours.
The die is double layers deisgn, and when one side be used up, you can change the other side to conyinue using, improve the availability and reduce the cost.
* Roller
For the rollers, we use alloy steel, and the lifetime is 500-800 hours. For YGKJ-560 and YGKJ-680 model, there are two rollers inside the machine, and for YGKJ-850 model, there are three rollers.
V. Logo of Wood Pellet Machine

VI. Steel Of Wood Pellt Machine
Please check the steel plate of ROTEX Wood Pellet Machine/Pellet Mill. For YGKJ560 Model Wood Pellet Machine/Pellet Mill , outside thickness is 25mm,inside thickness is 15mm;For YGKJ850 Model Wood Pellet Machine/Pellet Mill , outside thickness is 30mm,inside thickness is 18mm. The weight of YGKJ560 Wood Pellet Machine/Pellet Mill is 5.5t, and the weight of YGKJ850 Wood Pellet Machine/Pellet Mill is 15.5t.
Under this situation, ROTEX MASTER machines are very stable when working, then insure the normal running of shaft bearing,and extend the span life of rollers and bearings.
VII. Screw Of Wood Pellet Machine
Hexagon socket cap screws TBF 8.8 of Wood Pellet Machine/Pellet Mill reached GB/T70.1-2013.
As the right processing procedure, there should be no paint on the screw,This hexagon must assure without dust,because once have dust in the hexagon, with machine running, it will loose, then the whole machine not stable, it will dangerous for workers.We strictly according to the ISO9001 to pay more attention to all the details.
