>>. Working Principle of the Product

The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well before delivery, 

once user connect it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered into 

the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder. 

If user want a big capacity and wish his plant be clear no powder flying around. 

We recommend users to use positive and negative pressure type to deliver the material 

into roller silo and then through the frequency feeder into pellet machine.

Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. 

The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. 

The pellet will be out directly.

All kinds of wood waste or agro-forestry waste can be used,such as:

Wood waste, scobs, branch, palm tree, sugarcane residue,sawdust,medical slag,hay,

discarded edible fungus bags.Bean stalk,wheat stalk,corn stalk,cotton stalks,sunflower stalks,

mustard stalk,rice stalks,coffee husk,cotton shell,peanut shell,rice shell,coconut shell.

Livestock and poultry's waste,tea waste,tea waste,forestry wastes,forestry wastes,

wood chips and many other organic waste resources.

1. It is widely used for pellet of light substance, such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, pasture,chrysanthemum, 

palm leaf and so on

2. The feeder’s especial structure makes materials conveyed evenly, it is specially designed for pellet of light substance with the density of 0.3-0.6g/ cm3

3. Feeder is connected with rotary suppose to make protection die and rollers easily.

4. It is with magnet and over load protection system, which can protect machine well during production.

5. Feeder is with a variable speed controlled to meet different outputs requirements
