Mining automatic vibrating feeder advantages
1. Using the vibrator with eccentric block, to improve the vibration amplitude of the equipment and to make the conveying fast and smooth. At the same time, the larger vibration amplitude can do screening of materials to reach the effect of one machine dual use.
2. Choosing frequency control of motor to adjust the vibrating frequency to change the flow and speed of vibrating feeding, easier operation.
3. Special design about grid can prevent the phenomenon of clogging. Because of unfixed space among grids, the grids can be adjusted based on materials’ size to reach the best effect of conveying.
4. Vibrating feeder price is made of high wear-resisting metal material. It can improve the wear tolerance of components in the process of usage. Unique throwing conveying principle reduces the materials’ wear to components to reach the effect of double anti abrasion.
