Y81Q-200C Scrap Steel Baler (Forward out type)
Application:
Y81 series hydraulic metal baler is used to squeeze all kinds of metal scraps (steel shavings, scrap steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, as well as scrap vehicle waste, etc.) into rectangular, octagonal shape, cylindrical shape and other qualified charges, which can reduce transportation cost, speed up furnace speed and lower smelting cost.
The series are mainly applied to steel mills, recycling processing industry and non-ferrous metals, ferrous metal smelting industry.
Technical Features:
1. All types adopt hydraulic driven system, manual or PLC automatic operation.
2. Discharging type: turn-out type, push-out type and forward-out type.
3. Installation without foot screws, diesel engine can be available if no power.
4. Eight press force ranks from 63T to 400T, production efficiency from 4T/shift to 40T/shift
5. Press box size and bale size can be customized according to customers' requirements.
