Application:
Suitable for all deep drawing and shallow drawing process, also for bending, flanging, blanking process. Especially for the following fields: Outer panel and other spare parts of big vehicles and farm vehicles;Containers;stainless steel tub,aluminium tub,enamel tub,pressure vessel,
stainless steel kitchen sink;tractor,motorcyle,aviation industry.
Main Performance:
1. Four column type hydraulic press owns the advantages of simple structure, economic and practical. Frame type hydraulic press with good rigidity and high precision.
2. The hydraulic control system adopts the integrated structure of cartridge valve with the advantages of less leak, reliable operation and long life.
3. Guide rail automatic lubrication device
4. PLC control system with compact structure, sensitive work , reliable operation and well flexibility.
5. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted during the set time according to the process ing requirements. It is easy for operation.
6. Two forming processes by setting pressure and setting stroke are available with the function of pressure-maintaining and time-delaying. Meanwhile the time can be adjusted.
7. Adopting press-button centralized control, with three operating modes of adjustment, manual and semi-auto .
