1. Composition: Base, Rinser, Filler, Capper.
(P.S. : Associated equipment includies injection machine, bottle blowing machine, labeling machine, shrink wrapper, palletizing machine; bottle ink-jet coder, inspection lamp, air conveyor, bottles conveyor, carton conveyor, carton ink-jet coder, changeable parts for various bottles can be supplied.)

4. Rinser/ Filler/ Capper Monobloc Introduction:
a. Rinser: Rotary; Bottle grippers on starwheel and washing water nozzles equipped; CIP system; (Gripped bottle are turned over and mouth centred above the nozzle spraying water into the bottle, after which bottles are turned to original position.)
b. Filler: Removable filling valves made of food-grade stainless steel and erode-resistant seal ring;
c. Capper: Rotary; Consists of cap hopper, cap feeder and cam-actuating capping heads (Able to raise or lower by a follower riding on a shaped cam).
(P.S.: For different bottles, parts of the monobloc should be changed.)
