1.Description of wheel sand washer
Wheeled sand washing machine products,which also can be called wheel sand washer,are applicable to the construction site, gravel plant, hydropower station, concrete dam site, sand post and telegraph pole factory requires and casting " seven 0" sand, glass factory quartz sand and oil filling pressure sand washing, grading and dehydration.
2.Working Principle of Wheel Sand Washer
When wheel sand washer works, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the deceleration of a triangle belt, reducer, gear, sand and gravel gets into the washing tank from the feed tank, rolls because of the drive of the impeller, and grinds each other, cleans impurities covering on gravel surface, while destroying the coated grit water vapor barrier in order to facilitate the dehydration; at the same time water should be added to form a strong flow,which timely brings away the impurities and the foreign body of small proportion, and discharge from overflow outlet washing tank,cleaning is completed. Clean gravel is brought away by the leaves, finally gravel from the rotating impeller pours into the discharge chute, sand cleaning effect is finished.
