1.The series machine uses a single column, side hung box layout form, and table adopt four-point positioning,structural forms of manual rotation (optional Hirth structure CNC turret
360 × 1 ° indexing)
2.X, Y, Z axis controlled by CNC system, achieving three-axis linkage. Telescopic of Boring shaft and rotating disk rotation are controlled servo motor, achieving automatic processing.
3. X, Y, Z axis controlled by CNC system can achieve three-axis linkage. Telescopic shaft boring and flat rotating disk rotation mining
4.Servo motor control, automatic processing.
5.X, Y, Z axis adopt rectangular sliding rails, PTFE plastic paste process, shock absorption, and high accuracy.
6.Headstock adopt heavy hammer balanced way. Spindle, flat rotating disk using AC servo motor control.
