Brief Introduction
Low pressure foam injection machine GZY-1000 is mainly used for small and medium sized foam object injection including pillow, car seats, decoratives furnitures ect . It is with automatic cleaning and the operation is easy. And usually it works with a chiller.
Mixing head
The mixing head adopts floating mechanical seals, and its high shear mixing screw head, which can mix two materials with better performance.

Two-sandwich heating tank, plus insulation, heating quickly, low energy consumption.

The foam injection machine can be used for any kind of foam product with a mould and foam material mixed with required ratio.
We can custimize mould for our clients, and you should provide us with a detailed drawing for your product, or a sample.
And we also supply drum/barrel foam material.
It's a general procedure of surfing plate making. Prepare the mould and inject the material into the mould and after seconds (differs) the material gets hard and comes into shape, it's done.
