CD1model electric hoist has two type,one is fixed type,the other is moving type,it can be mounted on the i-beam,the CD1 motor hoist can lift the goods with single speed,and the MD1 with double lifting speed.

Applicable scope and working conditions

The CD1 motor hoist applies to such an environment as no faire, no explosive danger, no corrosive media and no dirt exist. And the temperature is between 20°C below zero and 40°C up zero, the wetness is no higher than 85%, the applicable power source is under your requirements.

The third-class dead axel helical gear transmission structure is adopted;gear and gear axel are made of heat treated

alloy steel,case and case cover with precise assembly and good seal are made of quality cast iron;the reducer is independent,so it is easy to load and unload it.
2.Control box
It has device with up and down stoke protection of break off limiter and can cut off main circuit in an emergency,which ensures safety operation of electric block.Electric elements are of long service life and operational safety.
3.Wire rope
It uses GB1102-74 (6 × 37 +) hoist steel wire rope which is durable in use.
4.Conical Motor
The hoist motor of CD1 electric hoist is conical motors of relatively stronger starting torque to brake asynchronous motor and does not need extra arrester.The motor's load duration factor is 25%.the motor uses B grade and F grade insulation.
 5.Button switch
It is hand operated,easy to handle and has two modes of cord operation and cordless remote control
