1. Three-roll unbender is the special equipment that used to align the rolled piece rolled by the cross wedge rolling.
2. This machine is formed mainly by a frame, a three-roller straightening system, a feeding system, a system to push out the rolled piece, a system to located the rolled piece, a hydraulic system, a control system and other systems.
3. The three-roller straightening system is constituted by straightening moulds, a positioning set and other sets.
4. The material of the straightening moulds is the alloy steel, the surface of which is processed by the high-frequency quenching, and according to the differences of the rolled pieces to be straightened, this section can be chanted easily. When enter the straightening system, the rolled pieces is compressed tightly by the synchronous oil cylinder and is straightened in the cavity.
5. And the straightening time can be adjusted. After straightening, the synchronous oil cylinder is back, and the rolled piece falls into the next system that pushes out the rolled piece.
