We have four vacuum foundry lines, too. We can produce gray iron counterweights for forklifts, excavators, loaders, crawling cran,etc. Annual capacity can reach 10,000 metric ton, the casting's weight is from 100kg to 15,000kg. Accuracy of dimensions is up to CT9-CT11 grade. The surface finish is up to Ra12.5-Ra25.
