We have four vacuum foundry lines.

Cast counterweight for Forklift, Elevator, Crane, Engineering Machinery, Farm Machinery, etc.Weight: Up to 16t/pc

3.         Main cast counterweight for forklift, crane, elevator and farm machinery. .

4.         Standard: ISO, DIN, EN, BS, ASTM, JIS ISO, DIN, EN, BS, ASTM, JIS

5.         Accurate dimensions, smooth surface, high productivity. .

6.         3D drawing design & CNC machining for patterns. 

7.         Nice spray-paint can be applied as per customers requirement. .

8.         Customers: HELI,SANY,ZOOMLION,Nissan, Komatsu, Mitsubishi,Caterpiller, etc.

We can produce gray iron counterweights for forklifts, excavators, loaders, etc.
Annual capacity: 160,000MT
Casting weight: from 10kg to 15,000kg
Accuracy of dimensions is up to CT9-CT11 grade
The surface finish is up to Ra12.5-Ra25.
