Hefei Casting & Forging Factory   is a core enterprise of Anhui forklift Group ,located in the east of China, near to Shanghai .

Our Factory was built in 1958. With many years development   and technology reforming in resent years, it has formed a modern enterprise with some advanced production lines.

Our Factory owns strong ability of research and development. We have our own pattern design center.

We have obtained the certificate of ISO9001,ISO14001&OHSAS18001.

Vacuum foundry lines

Our factory possesses four world-leading vacuum foundry lines. The capacity is up to 100,000t per year,and the weight is from 50kg to 16000kg.

We can produce counterweights for Forklift, Elevator, Crane, Engineering Machinery, Farm Machinery, etc

Our products not only supply to HELI forklift in China but also are exported to America, Europe and Asia.

Accuracy of dimensions is up to CT9-CT11 grade. The surface finish is up to Ra 12.5-Ra25.

Resin sand foundry line

The molding machine as well as sand preparation line is imported from IMF of Italy. This line equipped with standard flasks and a special molding circle can produce castings effectively. This advanced line including special molding circle, and continuous sand mixer with component controlling, and Automatic molding assembly can make sure the accurate of castings with high quality of surface.

Next to line, there is an area with resin sand preparation, which can meet small batch manufacturing and production of individuation

The main products include: transmission, housing, case, valve, hub, wheel, axle, Bridge shell

Static pressure molding line

The equipments of the line were imported from KW of Germany.

The automatic core making machine can supply cores with accurate dimensions. And pouring robot is adopted. In addition, automatic wire injection process is also used to improve effect of nodularing. These equipments can obtain high quality of casting. This line is suitable for mass production.

The size of casting is less than 1220×700×400

Static pressure molding line can produce: about 35000 Ton per year

Lost Form foundry line

Lost Foam Casting is known as Green Project of the 21st century. The key facilities of the line were imported from the U.S.A. and Germany.

It supplies high quality castings for industry vehicles and relative industry. Products are transmission cases & brake drums used in forklift trucks.

The production line is suitable to make ductile iron, gray iron   .

The capacity of the line can reach 1,0000t per year.
