Belt Conveyer used in beneficiation is widely used in mining ,metallurgy ,coal and other industries ,the Conveyor belt can be used to transfer bulk materials or material in pieces ,according to different transferring requirements ,the transferring system can be of only one Coal belt conveyor or consists of several conveyors ,or combined with other transferring equipments .the Coal belt conveyor can be installed hotizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transferring requirements.

1.Conveyor not only has a big transport capacity,especially for long distance, but also can complete a number of process operations during the transportation process. .
2.High precision, high loading capacity with hard mask gear(2 to 3 times more than soft mask gear); 2) Long life ( reach 10 years)

4.Light weight and small volume (reduce 50%)
5.Specially vertical driving construction, more used in mining delivery machinery under coal mine well.

Belt Conveyer used in beneficiation works under the effect of friction force. The motor drives the driving roller of the belt conveyor, then roller will drive the belt moving accordingly, the materials are conveyed from the original place to the place where they are needed.
