Applications of Easy Jigger:
Easy Jigger belongs to a type of energy-saving gravity separation equipment, which is developed according to the law of layer theory of jigger bed stratification, and on the basis of traditional jigger. The performance of Easy Jigger has reached the domestic advanced level, and is one of the ideal devices in energy-saving gravity separation. When processing the open-pit mines, the Easy Jigger is a key machine with the principle of gravity separation. Easy Jigger pulse curve is like saw-tooth waveform to make rising water faster than the dropping water; enhanced the loose of bed, eased the inhaled role, so that heavy particles in the mineral can fully settlement, greatly improving the sorting capacity and recovery rate of equipment.
Working Principle of Easy Jigger:
Easy Jigger are intended for gravity separation by method of jigging. Easy Jigger are used for preparation of coals, ores of ferrous and non-ferrous metals with high efficiency of separation. Easy Jigger are equipped with modern system of pneumatic drive due to which efficiency of separation is essentially improved. Control system of Easy Jigger is intended for automatic control by process of jigging ensuring possibility of integration in control system of upper level with access to all technological parameters.

PAYMENT:
1.Accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram or others payment terms.
2.20-30% in advance as down payment, the balance to be paid before delivery. We take pictures and testing videos of finished products before you pay the balance.
INSTALLATION:
If required, one or more engineer/engineers will be sent to guide the installation and commissioning of machines; the buyer shall prepare the materials and tools needed,and offer necessary assistance.The actual expenses include accommodation, meal and traveling fee of the engineer,and insurance also should be paid by the buyer. Every engineer should be paid 100 USD per day.
WARRANTY:
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee the quality of the machine (excluding wearing parts) for a period of one year from the date of trial run but not exceed 15 months from the date on which machine shipped out of the factory.
