This machine is a high efficient semi-automatic lathes for processing various dish class (short axis), bearing rings, gear base, the cylinder liner, those diameters over 500mm. Has the advantage of strong rigidity, big power, good precision stability, convenient operation, etc. Widely used in bearings, gears, automobile cylinder liner, motor, oil field, machine tools, etc.
Spindle starting and stopping are controlled by hydraulic clutch, upper and under knife rest vertically use anketten guide rail, hydraulic system with double pumps respectively provide energy for upper and under knife rest, electrical system use step program control circuit and PLC programmable control.
