Scientific formula sintered at high temperature , filter pore size inside and outside the same easy to kick off the residue , filter thickness work pressure is high the solid particles is not easy to pass through.
Usage: filter with distilled water before use should be loop filter(cleaning equipment and pipelines, but also check whether the device drain pipes and valves ) filter at beginning ,filtration pressure should be controlled no more than 0.0 MPa(adjustable return valve) about 10 to 30 minutes pressure increased to 0.05MPa if you can maintain the flow at this time 0.5~1m3/h, pressure do not increase such as reduce flow , pressure can be gradually increased to 0.1Mpa
3)cleaning
Physical cleaning remove the chamber with pure water backwash, then 0.1Mpa compressed air cleaning general cleaning 2~3 times
2) chemical cleaning : when using a longer time with little effect of physical cleaning method, porous pe pipe can be immersed in the cavity with about 10% of the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution in 48 hours a and then use the run off rinse then soak in a concentration of about 5%hydrochloric acid solution in 4hours, then washed with pure water against the final and then 0.1Mpa compressed air cleaning
