PZ series hydraulic disc brake device is machine, electrical, hydraulic Integrated product,it is important parts of drawwork,PS series hydraulic disc brake device is consist of three parts:actuating mechanism,hydraulic power unit and control system.They are connected by hydraulic lines.the hydraulic power unit is the power source which provide the necessary hydraulic power for the actuating mechanism;the control system is the control center of the actuating mechanism;the actuating mechanism is the actuating part of the brake.it is consist of three parts: brake caliper,caliper frame,friction disc,the brake calipers are divided into two types: normally opened service calipers and normally closed emergency calipers,the friction disc is divided into three types:the wind cold disc,the water cold disc and the solid brake disc.

The hydraulic device has four functions as following:

1.service braking  2.emergency braking  3.parking braking  4.Over roll/collision protection

The service caliper mainly consist by:brake pad,steel backing,lever,support arm,semicircle retaining ring,clevis pin with head Ⅱ,cover of the cylinder,cylinder,spring,lock nut,adjusting nut and clevis pin with headⅢ,piston rod.

The emergency caliper mainly consist by :brake pad,steel backing,clevis pin with head,lever,support arm,semicircle retaining ring,clevis pin with head Ⅱ,cover of the cylinder,cylinder,lock nut,adjusting nut and clevis pin with headⅢ.
