CNC Hydraulic Swing Beam Shearing Machine

 

Features:

1. Hydraulic drive, swing beam tool post. The frame adopts integrity welding structure with better rigidity.

2. Nitrogen cylinder or accumulator are usd to return, stability and quickly.

3. A speed blades gap adjusting device permits to adjust stepless the blades gap.

4. The stroke and frequency of shearing can be controlled.

5. Single shearing and automatic continuous shearing.

6. CNC system and position encoder form the closed loop controlled system, ensuring high precision and good stability.

7. After inputting precomputed data, the back gauge can be automatically moved, positioned and stopped.

8. The safety guard and electricals chain ensure the safe operation.
